Our Policies

1. Owl Hollow Retreat reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove any and all guests at any time.

2. Owl Hollow Retreat is not responsible for Personal Injuries, lost, Stolen or damaged items.

3. Maximum lease 28 days. (Renewal after 28 Days). This is a campground, not a permanent residence. If campers wish to receive mail, they should get a post office box in the area.

4. Respect other Campers.

5. Respect the facilities.

6. Keep your pets on a leash. Clean up your pet’s poop as soon as it hits the ground.

7. Contain the campsite, keep it clean. Campsites and Camping units must be regularly maintained to present a clean and pleasing appearance.

8. CAMPGROUNDS QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. Please be considerate of others. No loud radios, TV’s, music, singing or loud voices between these times will be not allowed. Minors must be at their campsite during these hours. Loud and/or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

9. No private property shall be stored on property except with written permission from the campground. Any property found stored on property without written permission shall be considered abandoned and managed by the Campground.

10. Raw sewage or any liquid containing septic material may only be disposed of at trailer dumping stations. The use of unsealed containers for the collection of wastewater or sewage is prohibited.

11. Pressure washing campers is permitted with a $10 charge.
